15-day sharp-or-refund guarantee

You'll know after the first knife. If your knives aren't noticeably sharper, or you simply don't want the kit, email whetroll@protonmail.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery, and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no restocking fee, and you keep the kit.

Damaged or missing on arrival:

Send us a photo within 15 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

How refunds are paid:

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.

What the guarantee doesn't cover:

Serrated and ceramic blades (the Whetroll isn't designed for them) and damage from misuse.
