60-day sharp-or-refund guarantee

Use your Whetroll Kit for up to 60 days from delivery. If your knives aren't noticeably sharper, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no restocking fee, and you can keep the kit if we can't make it right.

Damaged or missing on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

Serrated and ceramic blades (the Whetroll isn't designed for them) and damage from misuse.
